Banded since Feb 4, 2010 and can't get to my goal weight... HELP!

I was banded Feb 4, 2010 and weighted 244lbs, current weight is 191, and my goal weight is 150. I am not please with myself, My band has 6.5cc in it and I do not want another fill. However I want to want to get to my goal weight... What should I do??? Please help... :(

Did you weigh 244 on the day of your surgery? Well, if you did you are doing great! 53 pounds in a year and that avg out to be a little over 4 pounds a month which is what they told us to expect with the band. I like others expected to lose more than the average but I didn't. Call me a slow loser if you want but it's coming off and so is yours! Cheer up!
