Had my first fill this afternoon at 4 weeks+1day post op. My great dr. was happy with how fast I was healed and asked if I was ready. I am not having any issues with any food, and no restriction. My weight hadn't dropped in 2 weeks - so we went for it. I am excited to see how it goes and moving to the next step. So far so good, the Water in the office went down and stayed down and I just had a Carnation drink (I hadn't eaten today yet).

The only bad part is I am roasting a turkey for dinner - good thing the leftovers will be just as good in 2 days!

I was only on liquids for 24 hours, I just was careful after that, but I didn't have any problems!

I was just thinking I said 2 days, but I can use it tomorrow night! He did tell me 24 hours, then introduce solids as tolerated. He called it an accelerated liquid post-op!
