Wonderful that is who I have been researching and my cousin just had the surgery this morning by him and she is doing fabulous!! The only this is that we live in Oklahoma and don't know what we are going to do about fills yet.

Also, If you check with the dr.s website.... they will send you doctors in your area that will do fills.
