I found three Protein shakes that I really like. All whey isolate.

1. Iso 100 vanilla by Dymatize

2. Isopure dutch chocolate @ GNC

3. Isoflex 100 by Allmax "peanut butter chocolate" <---- tastes like the REAL thing!!!

What are your faves?

No. It comes in a pack of 4 12 oz cans. I've got some awesome isolate stuff and -- it is disgusting !

I loved Atkins Cafe Caramel 15 grams of Protein and 5 carbs. Found them at Wal-Mart for $6.97 for 4.

Yes I like Adkins okay but I wish the Protein were a little higher and the calories a little lower
