Hi All -

I will be having my surgery next Monday, January 10th - I am excited and nervous! But mostly I am looking forward to starting my new healthy life! I am having it done at Duke Raleigh in Raleigh, NC. Anyone else in NC or having the surgery done on the 10th?

Hello, I am not in north carolina but i will be having my lap band on jan 11th! im a nervous wreck, but excited all at the same time! i hope all goes well with your surgery!

Yay!! I’m getting banded on the 10^th also! Oh my goodness I never thought the day would come! So many part of me are so darn excited and other parts just want to know if it is all worth the money. I just don’t want anything bad to happen down the road … I tend to over think things!

But gosh YAY YAY YAY we are so fortunate and we have a chance of a life time! Good luck! Keep us all updated!

I'm in Toledo,Ohio and I'm having mine done on the 10th too. Looking forward to it and scared too... yikes. Wishing all of us soon to be bandsters luck.
