The new me begins 1-14-11

I started my pre-op diet on January 1st! I get Banded on 1-14-11! I am so excited and happy! I am looking forward to a healthy life with my girls. (tear)! Anyone have any advice for with the pre-op diet?

    This is my surgery date as well. However I only have to do a 7 day prior to surgery diet, so I cant offer any advice. Hopefully we can keep up with how each other is doin.

    Good luck I hear it's hard but worth it. My surgery is set for March 13, 2011 let me know how it all goes.
