Dave actually after surgery and all I was walking around at the hospital for a long time. I actually went to bed at 530 in the morning due discomfort...

Feels like gas sometimes but sometimes it just feels like pain and then I suffer from a little anxiety so that makes it even worse.

I just cut chicken broth and also I had my Protein drinks.

I'm not gonna lie my stomach looks bloated lol.haven't lay down at all today either as I want to walk this pain off :)

Sorry you're feeling poorly. They kept me on the anti-nausea meds at the hospital, forced me to sip Water like crazy, and walk laps around the hospital hallways every hour. I had very little accumulated gas, and it dissipated quickly. By Day three I was feeling a lot more back to normal.

Good luck!

Dave

Day.3

Yesterday night was a little rough.had some weird dreams but finally got to sleep qwerty around 3 ask with the help of the elixir,a heat.patch and a massage on my shoulder.

Went to see my nurse today.she says I'm healing pretty good and the shortmness of breath is most likely due gas and my anxiety.

I'm back home gonna rest some more and keep doing my walks

Hey Raul,

I am reading everyones comments and they all sound so familiar. Drink and walk as much as you can. I know its painful but it will get better. After 2 weeks of surgery, I wasnt drinking much and ended up in the ER because I was dehydrated!!! Try to rest also. Dont over work your body. Hope this helps. Keep in touch!
