1/3/06 214 lbs

1/8/06 214 lbs

1/17/06 213 lbs (but I saw 212.5 Sunday, lol)

NSV 1- One of the ladies I work with told me I needed to go shopping for some new pants! My favorite black cropped ones dont even need to be unzipped, I can just pull them up and down, lol.

NSV 2- I pulled out a Leslie Sansone 2mile tape that killed me last time I tried to use it and was able to do the whole tape! The walks, bike, and weights must have me in better shape!

I think I fergot to log into this challenge last week. I was up 2 lbs last week and I'm back down to 225, so that equals no change basically.

In NSV land... My mom is really happy that I'm getting my old self back. She comments every time she sees my fingernails painted a funky color (blue, green, etc). After my sister's wedding in April she may help me put a few green streaks in my hair. In high school I did all of it teal/green and it looked awesome, but I just don't know that I could do the whole thing again now. But a few select streaks would just look awesome. :thankyou:

189/182 - I've lost 7 lbs so far. I actually gained 1 lb this week:think because I had to go in for an unfill last Tuesday. I've really struggled with being hungry and having cravings that I haven't had since my first fill.

I'll be able to go back for a fill in 1 more week. That'll help.

NSV - No one has said anything about my weight loss so far until yesterday... 2 completely different people said something out of the blue. It was just what I needed after such a hard week.

Good luck to all - I really enjoy reading everyone's NSV's!! Keep up the good work!!:cheer2:

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
