Hi all--I am planning on getting banded in January by Dr. Ortiz and was told he would use the Johnson & Johnson Realize X-3 band. Is this the one everyone on here is talking about? I did a search for X-3 and didn't really come up with anything.

Most here have the allergen lapband. The realize band is a similar product but made by a different manufacturer.

I have Realize Band but I haven't ever heard of X-3. I have the Realize C band.

I also have the Realize C band, although I didn't know until 6 weeks post op when I asked.
