Any 1 employed/spouse of GEICO insurance plan?

Is anyone out there an employee or spouse of someone that is employeed by GEICO and has the Anthem BCBS PPO of VA insurance plan? My husband works there and we have this plan and I know what it takes to get qualified etc...however I was wondering if you could tell me if you normally get approved the first time for preapproval or are they tough and you had to appeal? Just trying to see what the average process is with them.
