I really need this surgery. I hurt all the time. My joints kill me. I do not know if insurance will cover me at a 39 BMI and otherwise healthy.

If need be, I can self pay 10,000 or under. I do not really want to go out of the US, or even too far away...because I know the fills need to be done.

So does anyone know of anyone reasonable in this area?

Not sure if you are willing to go up a little or a little further in distance, but Dr. Domkowski in Sebastian Fl. (about 3 1/2 hours from you) does both the Lap-Band® or the Sleeve for $12,500 inclusive, including a year of fills a follow up.
