is my band too tight?

I just had my first fill since my surgery on September 8th. I have a total of 5.5cc. First week was horrible! Unable to eat at all. Only liquids. This is the second week and I'm still struggling. I can only eat a bite or two before I get that horrible pain in my upper stomach. I have thrown up three times to the point I can't swallow my own saliva.:sneaky: Is that normal? Or is my band too tight?
