Hitting your goal

Hello I'm Roberta

I had the band in June 2003 and I've lost 100 pounds in 6 1/2 months. I'm very pleased with my progress. I'm still about 50 pounds from my goal but I was wondering if anyone had to get a tummy tuck? Just looking ahead for the new year I guess. Good Luck to everyone.

BIG CONGRATS ON THE WEIGHT LOSS!!! How did you lose 100 lbs in 6 months? I have have my band since Aug 20 anad have lost 28 lbs. Wishing I would wake up tomorrow and be another 28 lbs lighter:-);):D

Losing 100 pounds in 6 months hasn't been that difficult for me because I was always a pickie eater. So basically I've been eating eggs, peanut butter, turkey dogs, hamburgers, chicken and roast beef. I don't have much variety but it doesn't bother me. I only had one fill but I maintain at 2 oz of food most of the time. I also go to the gym 3 times a week.
