Just bought the Syntax Nectar Fuzzy Navel protein.. How do YOU prepare it?

I have yet to try it, but want to hear how you make it!

Just water? Do you add ice and fruit?

Let me know what tastes best for you.

I'm excited and nervous to start these meal replacement shakes, I just want it to taste good!

Sooo I experimented with a blender, yeah... All foam. Haha so I just added 16oz of water, a full scoop on protein, and a to-go pack of Crystal Light Orange Sunrise.. And It turned out okay. Not what I was expecting... But decent.

I love Nectar but I hate the fruit flavors. They are gross IMO. I prefer the chocolate and cappucino. Those are really great!

I have the Twisted Cherry flavor and ad one scoop to 32 ounces of water and sip on it through out the day. I mix it up in my water bottle the night before, just shaking it and leave it in the fridge overnight. A gentle shake in the morning and it's ready to go and no froth.
