Day 1 of 14 day fast

Yesterday was my pre-op appt.. My second visit I lost 9 1/2 lbs. Yesterday at pre-op I gained 3 1/2. My loss so far is 6 lbs. Today I have started on the 14 day fast before surgury October 8 @ 6:30 AM. So far, not bad. I cooked breakfast for hubby but have not made dinner yet. I have had 2 protien shakes, cup of sugarfree jello and water. Lots of WATER! I have 3 protien shakes to go, a cup of broth and sugarfree popcicle. I'm a evening eater. That has to change!

I am starting to feel a little draggy. They say that will happen but in a few days I will get a burst of energy. I can't wait for that. :rolleyes:Gran

Day three and so far so good. Can't say as I am really having alot of trouble with this yet. I have my coffee in the morning and I spread my protien drinks out through the day. Filling in with my jello, brooth and popsicle in between. I am a little tired but I can't say it has slowed me down much. I still do household chores, cook and sew.
