cookbook

Well I wasn't much of a cook before my surgery and realize it will be something I will have to try and learn to like after. Luckily I am only 1 wk. post op and have a little time. Wondering if anyone has seen a cookbook for us real newbies, simple instructions, simple small ingredient lists.. the basics really that are low fat and high protein.

I would suggest looking on the "share your food" sticky - tons of people list receips.

Hungry Girl has some really good recieps; really good books, but you can make them even healier.
