Americhoice health insurance and doctors

I am in urgent need of follow up doctor in northern new jersey accepting americhoice/medicaid health insurance. I have been struggling, have not been able to find a weight loss for banders center in northern new jersey accepting my health insurance which is americhoice.

If any one knows of a doctor accepting overseas patients with americhoice/medicaid, please let me know.

I would highly appreciate it.
