Oatmeal with protein powder?

Not banded yet, but still thinking of diff ways to get protein.

I eat instant oatmeal quite often and have read some people add protein powder to their oatmeal.

How do you do this without it getting all powdery and dry?

The instant isnt very much, about 3/4 cup, and seems there wouldnt' be enough room for the powder lol.

Just curious!

I use BodyTech "Whey Tech" (from VitaminShoppe), the vanilla is like a powdered creamer. It blends in really smooth. One scoop has 17g of protein, 1g fat & 3g carbs
