I went to my WLS meeting yesterday and it was great. I found an alternative to nasty greek yogurt along with other goodies.

The Kroger Carbmaster Yogurt is so yummy and 10 for $4.00. They have many flavors and they all are great. I eat it everyday. Took the plan and added ½ package ranch dip mix and served it at a party and nobody Knew the difference
