Anyone use Dr Lester Cooperstone in Long Island?

I am starting my journey to be banded and I am wondering if anyone out there has used Dr Lester Cooperstone for their banding. I live in Long Island NY. I have read up on him and my friend had him do her gastric bypass but I want to speak to someone who had banding from him. Thanks!
