11 weeks and going strong in California

I just wanted to share my results with fellow bandsters.

I have lost 37 lbs and am feeling great. for those of you who are stuck and the scale is not moving, I have had weeks like that too. The key is not to give up hope, I excersize for 30 mins a day 3 or 4 times a week and it seems to help.

Hang in there!:(

Good for you on your success!!! I'm about 7wks out and haven't lost much. I'm getting discouraged, but trying hard to stay positive. I think exercise is the key for me (unfortunately, haha) so I've started going to a gym with a friend.

How many fills do you have?? I go in next week for #2, and I'm currently at 4.4cc in a 10cc band.
