I have my surgery booked for the 24 th August and i am on the pre op diet at the mo.

I have tried for a lifetime to loose weight and i am so ready to get on this road.

I would love to chat to anyone who can offer support and help to me.

Hi Sarah we have something in common, the same surgical date and this is my first time on this website. I just registered today. Trying hard also to get down all these protein shakes. Getting sick of them now. But still trudging along. I'm nervous and excited as well about the surgery. Hope we can encourage each other.

I am on the 24th also. We can all work together. I got all stressed out this weekend and didn't lose anything, (only 8 lbs to go before surgery) but I am ok. Hope all goes well for you both. This board makes me feel better.
