Just click on any of the weight tickers and it will send you to their web site from there design your ticker copy and paste the code to your signature that you can find in the upper left hand corner of your screen under "user CP" Good luck..

CONGRATULATIONS! and that goes to all new banders!

They sent you home that quickly? Were you expecting to stay overnight? My surgeon told me I will be staying 1 night to be monitored.

Are you on pain medication right now? Are the incisions scary looking? (i don't care about having scars but I am afraid of taking care of incisions- yikes).

Please let us know how its going!

No I wasn't expecting to stay. They said it would be an outpatient thing I was just surprised that I got out so quickly.

The only thing I've taken for pain is just liquid Motrin. My incisions well the ones I can see don't look bad. I have 5 total but 2 of them were still bleeding a little so they have pressure dressings on them. I get to take them off tomorrow and take a shower.

I got there at 6. They took me to the OR at 7 am and by 10am I was asking to go home:)

Wow...that's impressive! You must be one tough cookie! We're excited to see how the rest of your journey goes! :-)

5 incisions? Oh my, I thought it was only 4. But I am so happy (and jealous) for all of you. Speedy recovery to you all!

I knew I was staying over the night, so I had my bag packed and ready to go. I have liquid perocet, but I only took it the 1st day home. My incisions aren't bad, my son is scared a little of them (he's 3) but other than that. I'm just waiting for this gas to go away and I'll feel much better!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
