What happens after the weight is lost?

Once the weight is lost what happens? Is the band relaxed allowing more room in your stomach? If you start to regain weight do they give you a fill? Just wondering.

My weight loss just got slower and slower and eventually stopped, so I never did anything, I just kept the same restriction level. Over time, you lose Fluid from the band too, so twice in the two and a half years since I hit goal I have had a tiny top up fill.

I definitely need some restriction to maintain, but it isnt tight restriction.

I also have kept exercising just as much as when I was trying to lose.
