Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor Pam in Sacramento, California

I need to get help from someone who can tell me or suggest to me how to get through the evening and night time hours without eating too much. I am on Jenny Craig and I am pretty much stuck on a 50 pound weight loss. I gain a pound or two and then lose a pound or two. I am going CRAZY! I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I ride the bike for anywhere from 5 to 8 miles, do leg presses, do excercises for my arms, all and all about 1 hour worth of gym duty.

I have to go back to my doc next Tuesday and I am scared to death that he is going to make me feel like a total failure.

My husband works nights and I have my dinner around 6pm. Around 8pm or 9pm I have non'fat yougurt with blueberries. Then I come in my room and get on the computer. My desire to snack goes absolutely bonkers. Sometimes after I have been asleep for a while or around 2 or 3 am I wake up and want to snack. What is wrong with me?? Am I just a total flake or what???

Any suggestions will be sooooo appreciated. Hope to hear from someone soon.

You aren't a failure. You may just need another fill. If you are that hungry between or after meals and you haven't lost any weight for awhile, chances are that is what is happening to you. Are you doing Protein drinks still? How much food are you able to eat at meals? If you are able to eat more than 1 cup of food, are hungry inbetween meals and aren't losing the weight, it's probably time for a fill.
