A good protein mixed with both water and milk?

Going tomorrow to buy my protein powder.Trying to choose between Nectar and Matrix. Are either of these powders good mixed with both water and milk? Don't really care for fruity flavors. Maybe the Chocolate Truffle and Cappuccino by Nectar or the Cookies and Cream by Matrix. Any suggestions?

I've never used those brands, but in my opinion fruity can be mixed with water but the chocolate types are better with milk.

I actually use both Nectar and Matrix. Although I've never tried the flavors you mentioned. I do not use milk because I can only drink Soy or Almond milk and it just makes the drinks taste weird! I have the Chocolate Matrix protein drink and when I mix it with water it kind of tastes like Ovaltine, but I was looking up some ways to make the protein drinks taste better and some of them mention blending it with ice and like a tablespoon of instant pudding. It'll make it thicker and taste a lot better!

I'm not a fan of either brand. I do like the Inspire brand by Bariatric Eating. I don't use cow's milk, but it's good with either water or the almond milk I prefer.
