Is Weight Just a Number?

At what point do you notice REAL weight loss. I've lost almost 20 pounds and they are just numbers on a scale. My clothes still feel the same and I still feel the same. At what point do you really notice you are lossing weight?

I do think weight is just a number, which is why I have been using different types of units of measurements to list my weight.

we keep expecting that our numbers will get smaller, that they will inch closer to the left on the number line.
