Is there anything you just CANT eat after lap band?

I'm just starting this process. I go on Tuesday to see what my insurance requires before they will cover it. They told me they cover it at 100% and that I definitely qualify so I'm hopeful! Anyway before I do this I want to make sure I fully understand everything.

Is there anything you absolutely cannot eat after Lap Band? After having the surgery are there any lifting restrictions?

I'm a stay at home mom to a 9 year old, 3 year old and 2 month old. Will I still be able to lift and hold my baby?

What is PB?

Productive Burp...when the food comes back up...not vomiting...just regurgitating the food that becomes lodged. Usually a lot of slime comes with it...I know ...TMI
