Good mushy/soft food treat

I don't know if any of you have tried the new Jello Pudding Mousses. They're sugar free and I normally don't like very much but today I added a drop of peppermint extract and mixed in and it was very good. I felt like I was eating a decadent dessert but it was only 60 calories. Of course I try to stick to yogurt since that has nutritional value but it's a good light treat if you need one.
