need help getting 60 grams of protein, hair starting to thin.

I started to notice my hair coming out much more and faster than normal, and then I figured I should start coutning how much Protein I was actually getting. Turns out I am only getting like 35 to 45 a day. So I need help on how to do it.

I do drink a shake some days, but I can't every day. Other days I have an egg and some turkey bacon. I normally have a Protein Bar as a snack, which is 14 grams. My lunch is most of the time another 13-15 grams.

What can I add in or substitute to get me up to my 60. I hate fish and cottage cheese so please don't suggest those.

Any help would be appreciated, before I go bald.

Walmart has a protein powder that has 52 gram of protein in one shake (double scoop). I usually have one of those for breakfast and then i don't really have to worry about my protein intake for the rest of the day. I average around 80-95 grams a day.

I had my two-week post-surgery appointment yesterday and was approved to move on to soft foods. Being a vegetarian, protein is really important for me. They had a great idea--put a scoop or two of unflavored protein (I like Unjury a lot) in a shaker jar (like the kind they use for powdered sugar or parm cheese at a pizza place) and just sprinkle the protein on everything you eat throughout the day. Make a point to finish the shaker by the end of the day, and you've added 20 or 40 g of protein without doing anything else. When you shake it on like that, you really can't taste it or notice it at all...that, or I'm just so happy to have soft food again that I don't care!
