Pain around right kidney when I eat

I have this strange pain around my right kidney. I know I currently have a kidney or bladder infection and I was assuming my pain was from that. But, it only hurts when I eat. Anyone else had this or heard of it? (I had my last fill last Thursday, April 15th adn the pain started the following Tuesday.):(
