Hi Adriana,

My name is Mary. I am sure you will enjoy this site. Congradulations 21lbs in 4 weeks is very good. What's your goal?

Mary

187/158/138

thanks for you reply.. i am looking to lose over 130# so im on a great start.. if i lose 20 every month.. woohoooooooo it will only take about 6 or 7 months.. he he, then ill be cute and slim by summer time..

what does it mean when people write numbers under their name?? i dont know what that means?? am i suppose to do that?

Congratulations

In the beginning the weight drops fast, you've got a great start!

Keep it up....20 lbs a month is a bit much for future expectations.

My numbers on the bottom are:

Day of band placement , dr.

weight on day of surgery/weight today/goal

You can do what you please, welcome to this forum and to bandland!

I second Vera's caution about the quickness of weightloss. Please do not set yourself up for disappointment by thinking you will continue to lose 20 pounds a month. I'm not saying it's not possible, I'm just saying it is unlikely. But fast or slow, you will end up where you want to be. The journey is more important than the destination!

i am totally aware that 20lbs a month is a bit much, i was just joking... .. but i am sooooo on the losing end.. so i thank you for your concern.. you guys are great! thank you for welcoming me.. that is sooooo coool
