Calling all Phoenix, AZ Lap-bander's free month of Corefitness Boot Camp Workouts

I wanted to let everyone know about Core Fitness Bootcamp, because it has worked for me and I want to let all you Phoenix, AZ lapbander's know it might work out for you. I was banded on 11/20/2010 and I have lost at least 40 pounds since I had my lap-band and have lost 60 pounds total since preparing for the beginning of my lap-band journey. I'm loving this new lifestyle!! I admit I did not really exercise until I started working out with Core Fitness bootcamp. Lee Gough is my Personal trainer and he is fantastic! He works with you and at a steady pace, of course he pushes one to challenge yourself. I often talked to him that this would be a great start for many new and old fellow lapbander's. He is willing to give a one month free trial to anyone who is interested. The Core Fitness Bootcamper's meet in Awatukee, North Phoenix and Arcadia Park (56th St and Indian School Road). The workouts are only 30 to 45 minutes long too!! There are workouts in the morning or evening. This is awesome too!! If anyone is interested email me your name and phone number at danielayomayra@gmail.com or just reply to this post and we can chat. This program has truly worked for me and I know that this would workout for whoever is interested. If you want to chat more feel free to contact me. :tt1:
