Banded in Italy

So after 3 yrs I finally had the funds to travel to Italy, had the band installed within hours of arriving in Italy no problems.

I am 12 days into my new life now, and honestly didnt have any problems whatsoever. No shoulder pains, gas, throwing up etc.

Today however I had my first problem, I havent been to the toilet much since the op (except for the initial "runs" a few hours afterwards) today was 3rd time toilet action and straight afterwards I have had a major stomach cramp, should I be worried?

Could the band have slipped?

I'm worried, and dont know if I am over reacting?
