So i went in today for a fill- I wasnt totally sure i needed one I saw someone i have not seen yet and she was great!! asked all kinds of questions about what i could eat and couldnt eat.. she said im not sure you need a fill --- but she said she would give me .5cc -- so she did,, then sent me out to drink my water.. well it backed up my throat afterwards so she ended up taking out the .5 she put in leaving me with the 5cc i had walking in today.. she says for now I am at my sweet spot!! I kinda knee that but my brain was still saying more is better lol..

I am also down another 3lbs..!!! 44 total!

Sounds like me. I managed to get .8 cc though and I think I am at my sweet spot too! Crazy, since my first one was 3.4 ccs. Let's hope we can hold onto it! Keeping my fingers crossed for you!!
