Anyone have face treatment for wrinkles/sun damage?

I'm not sure about the best place to post this, so cosmetic/reconsturctive surgery it is.

Has anyone had any type of treatment on their face to get rid of or minimize sun damage spots and/or wrinkles?

Laser treatment? chemical peel? ...............

If so, did it work? Does it hurt? Do you have to hide for a week?

I had lazer treatments, $6000 worth during my wt loss journey. I do believe it helped tighten up my face and neck and diminished some scarring and wrinkles.

I just looked like I was in the sun too long, I never had any bad side effects. There are different levels of chemical peel and that may be what you are looking for. I would have a consult with a couple of dermatologists, explain the results you want and see what they recommend. Laser is very expensive and you need 2-4 treatments over a several month period. It did not give me the spectacular results I was hoping for, but then again I think I had unrealistic expectations.

Best wishes,

Mimi
