Hear Ye, Hear Ye! Honorable Citizens of Texas (and anybody else who wants to stop by...), Bubbame (Mary) is coming to Irving....

Since so many of us live in the Dallas area, we are going to have a little get-together and meet each other and Mary.

Right now, we are planning on meeting up in the Lobby of the Howard Johnsons in Irving - BUT, if we are going to be more than 10 or 15, we probably need some slightly more formal arrangements.

Please RSVP to this thread if you will DEFINITELY be available for lunch at 1pm in Irving on November 5th. (That would be THIS Saturday).

If we are going to be a huge group, I will see to making some reservations and stuff for us - and we can meet there.

I hate to follow up one "regrets" post with another, but I have to. Waaah, waaah (that's me, whining). I've had this cold, stayed home from work yesterday, and thought I was feeling better last night. Woke up this morning with fever and a headache; guess I might have a sinus infection. I am soooo sad not to get to meet all of you THIS TIME, so ya'll have a good time, and let's see if we can get together between Thanksgiving and Christmas? Boo hoo, sniff...I'm gonna go lay down now. Well. I would like to have gone, but my daughter decided to come over for the day and I haven't seen her in quite awhile. So I guess I better stay. You guys have fun. Take pics!

I have to tell you that I met some really beautiful ladies today! I had the pleasure of meeting Mary, Beanie, and Renee (I think her name was Diane but I am terrible with names so if I am wrong please correct me). We had a very nice lunch and visit.

This is Mary, she is so beautiful! She saved us because she could speak Mexican and our waitress only spoke Mexican.

This is Beanie (Irene) and Renee (Diane) and they are great people. I have to tell you that Irene is more beautiful in person than in her pictures! Renee is getting banded this coming Friday, so she was excited.

These are Mary's two boys, and they are darling!

Fantastic! Did anyone take a picture of you, Betty? Everyone is gorgeous and happy, and Mexican food sounds pretty good, too! I can safely say that everyone's avatars just do not do them justice!

I am feeling better, but still slow. I kept checking LBT to see a report, so thanks, Betty! I am heartsick that I had to miss it!
