Good store bought chicken tenders?

I love restaurant salads with chicken strips, and am looking for a good, store bought (frozen) kind. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I know, grilled chicken would be better for me; I just don't like much meat. Please don't fuss. Thanks.

I like the perdue breaded chicken patties...I find them in the refridegerated sections with chicken strips etc. I then put them in the freezer, and straight into the oven at 400 for like 10 mins. Then chop it and put it on salad. I think it is like 160 cals for one pattie...

Perdue makes pre cooked BAKED chicken tenders/cutlets/nuggets. All lightly breaded w. whole wheat breading, and come highly recommended from my nutritionist. To give it a good crunch, i bake them in my toaster oven 1st then set it to toast. The come out so crunchy, they are the best!

I find them in the supermarket towards the end of the meat section, where they have the ham steaks & prepared meat's.

Good luck
