Signs of being too tight??

I'm just wondering is frequent pbing & getting food stuck a sign of being too tight?? Or can you be at your "sweet-spot" and still pb or get food stuck if you eat too fast or dont chew well enough?? My concern is I was way too tight and constantly pbing & getting everything stuck. Now I've been loosened and that rarely happen's but now I feel as though I can eat too much plus my weight loss has stalled....Do I need a slight fill?? Any advice?? I just want to get to losing again but w/o being miserable.....:)

I would think that if you were too tight, that you wouldn't be able to get any liquid down, much less food. If I eat or drink too fast - I PB - but as long as I go slow - it's not a problem. Some days are better than others, I also noticed that if I eat too much 1 day, then the next day I can hardly eat at all.

I know I am not too tight....I did a swallow test and the administer asked if I had a fill at all....I will pb and or throw up if I eat too fast or eat the wrong thing.......can't eat rice at alll.......I know I need a fill....I am not sure what my sweet spot is but can't wait for another fill....hope this helped...good luck.....

I belive there is a very fine line between your sweet spot and being too tight. Listen to your body and it will let you know where that is.

thanks for the advice everyone!! I think I'm going to get a tiny fill and see how I do with that.....I just wasnt sure if pbing/getting stuck was always a sign of being too tight or if it is just something that happens with the band and you just have to be careful??
