Anyone have tufts health?

I'd like to find out what kind of a 6 month diet did you have to do? Will they let you choose your own plan like Weight watchers or do you have to follow their exact plan? Is it true hyou have to do phone calls once a month to check in or do you see your PCP for weigh ins?

Tufts does not give you a diet or even make you go one to my knowledge .. You have to enroll in their "You Can Change" program. It consists of 8 phonecalls in the 6 months and will discuss things like how to include more exersize in your day, eating out stratagies, changes to your current lifestyle & eating that will help like white bread vs wheat etc.. the only diet I have yet to be informed about is the 1 week preop liquid and 2 weeks post op
