OMG OMG i have just found out

i joined my private health cover in September and i have just looked and they havent been taking any payments from me since i joined.. does that now mean that i havent been covered and that i now have to join again which means my 12 months wait starts again..gggggggggrrrrrrrrrrr i hope not..... what can i do???????????

i am going to ring them but does anyone else have any suggestions???? :blush:

    As long as you have some proof that you joined in September ( a letter, a membership card?) then I'm sure they will just take the back dated payments and you won't have to wait longer than you have too. Good luck x
