Smoothies are there any u can buy that are already made and healthy?

Can anyone tell me of any smoothies you can buy pre made and healthy from the grocery store? Also that taste good?

I just saw a coupon for a new one in yesterday's paper. Yoplait smoothie. It has all the frozen fruit and yogurt pieces. You just add milk and blend.

Not sure how it measures up nutritionally, but they sounded pretty good.

Yeah I saw those yoplait ones too when I googled smoothies they sound pretty good. The only thing is I still don't have the time to blend them the morning I need something already ready to go.

Naked smoothies are good they are all natural and have no preservatives. I make my own green smoothies it really takes no time if you do the prep work ahead of time. I juice oranges and grapefruits and keep the juice in mason jars and when its time to blend i just trow all the juices and frozen fruit and greens. Done in about 2 mins. That includes clean up.
