Ok Charlotte area bandsters with United Health Care:

1. Did any of you have a BMI under 40?

2. If so, what (if any) co-morbidities do/did you have?

Hey Karen,

Well as you know I have UHC...My BMI was over 40 but I had hardly any co-morbidities. At the time I was having blood pressure problems and some achy joints but that was about it.

Good Luck!!!

I'm only 10 pounds away from the 40 BMI mark. I'd hate to do it, but it wouldn't be hard at all for me to pack on 10 more pounds.

I packed on about 10lbs from april to Sept from the stress alone. Wear heavier clothing for weigh in, don't take your shoes off (hiking boots can weight about 1lb.) Eat before you go...and eat lots of asian food in days before. You might be able to manage 5-8 just from Water weight and clothing choices LOL.

Melissa,

You might just be on to something. I could wear my motorcycle boots and armored jacket; that should be worth several extra pounds :)
