  3. I was doing great and bam i was so tight that they took 3.25cc out. The heat really did a number on my body. Now I feel like I don't have a band in at all. I am still staying away from breads, rice, pasta but chips boy do they go down well. I am not satiated for as long as before but I know I have to work my way back up to a fill. Now i am downing chips because I can not even cause I am hungry. Old habits die hard. My body is on autopoilet. Trying to gain control. So last night I threw away the chips and got up early to go on my bike and rode 4 miles. Chips still calling my name but must win this battle. I have come too long to gain back all i have lost. So I am not home and next Fri I have a dr appointment hope he will give me a fill again and I hope nothing else is wrong besides just getting tight from the heat. I need to start going back to MFP as well. Just posting this to make my self accountable. Wendy

  11. First of all it is no bother thats what this board is here for. Call your dr. To you it may not seem like an emergency but waiting even till Mon may cause more harm than good. Good luck Wendy

  13. Follow your dr orders. Sip the protein shakes and drink. Sf jello and sf ice pops helped. Other than that it's just time. wendy
  14. Good luck to all of you. I have been banded over 2 yrs and it was the best decision I have ever made. Have patience, ask lots of questions and follow the band rules. Welcome Wendy
  15. You need to eat to lose. You need a certain amount of protein too. Have you tried journaling on a website that can track all of your info like calories, protein sugar etc? The obsessing is the other side of the coin. I understand the obsessing. When I do that I totally tighten up and can't physically eat a thing. I've been told eating shouldn't be a chore. Good luck Wendy
  16. Not sure if it did or could fix itself but to me better safe than sorry. If you go I would insist on an X-ray or ugi Just my 2 cents. Wendy
  17. Hi and welcome. Because you haven't had any fills yet you may not feel full. Follow your dr orders and be patient. Follow the rules . This is a time of healing. You need to concentrate on changing your eating habits . This is a saying you will hear over and over. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. So if you can eat a lot doesn't mean you should eat a lot. Good Luck. Sorry for the cross outs i don't know how to get ride of it. Wendy
