  1. Bummed out today:( had to have some fluid taken out because I spent 3 months throwing up and now I have put on 8 lbs... I didn't realize how much I wasn't able to eat and now that I am looser that's all I want to do:(

  3. I had surg on thurs went back to work next thurs. be sure and use gas strips... Gas pain really hurts. Good luck it will not last long then you will start feeling back to normal:)

  7. you can do it the first 4wks was hard for me because I had no education with nutrition. I paid cash for my surg and the surg was all I got no extra info really, now I realize food is not as nessary as I had made it out to be. You will do just fine just stay positive and remember nothing taste as good as skinny feels...lol

  9. Not to happy that I have started slowing down on my wt loss. I lost a total of 67 lbs 1yr but now nothing is happening:( I know what i am doing wrong but cant seem to get back on track or pumped about it. maybe I just ok at my new wt.
