I have my first fill tomorrow and I can't find the paper they gave me with instructions. Does your Dr. tell you not to eat OR drink after midnight before your fill? I really need to know cause I have a two hr drive and would love to have some Water?

My doctor doesn't restrict liquids. I am allowed unlimited liquids on the day of fill. then I have to be on liquids the day after...then mushies for one day. After that solids as tolerated.

I eat breakfast as normal for mine, and then have a protein shake instead of lunch. All of my fills are in the afternoon.

i am told no food or drink 3 hrs before a fill

I am allowed to eat regular food the day of the fill. Then liquids for 24 hours and pureed food for 24 hours
