I Got Banded Yesterday!!!

I had my surgery yesterday it all went great, I don't have any pain, but to tell the truth I'm sooo hungry :(, any sugestions?

Once your on full liquids, definitely invest in some Protein shakes because they will help you to feel full. Be sure to mix them with milk, not Water, for extra protein.

Congrats! I wasn't hungry for about a week so I have no advise. Sorry! I did have chicken broth avfewvdays later. That might help. Good luck!!

Follow your dr orders. Sip the protein shakes and drink.

Sf jello and sf ice pops helped.

Other than that it's just time.
