  8. You stated that you have tricare. If you are a veteran the VA will give you weightloss surgery. It's a process but well worth the effort.

    Sorry you had a bad day, but you have made me think about how much I have change my bad habits also. If I had a fight with family I would go for the chips or what was around at the time, now I think about what's happening and just say NO I will not go there.
  13. Hit onederland today 198.8lbs...It was hard work, but I can truly say the lapband works if you work it. I thank God for blessing me with lapband surgery, because I could not have done it without his grace and mercy. PS. I have a long way to go, but I'm on my way.:wub:

  15. I agree with Rhonda, I'm pear shaped and my chest and abs are the first things to go...behind and thighs really have to work on.

    Good for you, I have always belived that if you're not getting what you need from a provider....find one that will. You or your insurance company are paying them good money for their services.
