fallen off the earth.

I just wanted to say that I have not fallen off the face of the earth. I have returned to work and school so my I am unable to be on as often. I still log on a read a few blogs every night so keep posting the good stuff. Later.....oh and the weightloss is good, I feel great and I think I am still losing even though I haven't step on the scale (Can you believe it?)

Happy blogging.

Stepping on that scale every day can make you nuts. Good for you to restrain yourself. Once or twice a week is good just to help keep you on the right road. Keep up the good work and good to know you haven't fallen off the face of the earth.

Thanks everyone. I stepped on the scale this morning. 201.4.....I need 2.6 pounds gone by Labor Day and I think I'm gonna make it. I've been on that spark people site and it's really working for me.
