im back

hi lap band nation, im back got my band today. it didnt hurt at all,my surgery was at 7:30 it took about one hour and thirty mins.

my doc said that because of the fat around my belly he had to really tighten my band and i wouldnt need an fill for about 2-3 mos. now i can see way you can lose weight havent eaten anything im sorry havent drunk anything. you know those cap that comes with medicines that you buy i only had about four cap of protien and slipping on water all day. and let me tell you im full :scared2: feel free to ask any question
